Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
REFUNDS: (if item not received or what you originally ordered)
RETURNS: (if item is not what you ordered, or arrived damaged. CONTACT ME FOR A RESOLUTION)
EXCHANGES: One exchange can be made if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. (return costs is the responsibility of the buyer)
A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS IF WE CANNOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE
