Welcome to my policies. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Lizbeth's Garden.
All packages will be sent within 1-2 business days of purchase.
All items will be wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap, and biodegradable packing peanuts in a cardboard box.
I send all packages via United States Postal Service First Class with delivery confirmation, unless requested otherwise.
I will ship internationally (outside the U.S.). Taxes, duties, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please know the rules about what can be imported into your country.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Please notify me immediately if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive.
For damaged items, I request a return of the damaged item and photos of the packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Upon receipt of the original item, I will ship a replacement free of charge with free shipping.
For non-arrivals, I will send a replacement with free shipping after verification with the shipping service that the package did not arrive.
If you change your mind about your purchase, I will exchange it for an item of equal value or store credit. I ask that the buyer returns the original item, and pays all shipping costs.
