Shipping Information
All items will be shipped by Canada Post. If you have a special shipping need,please contact me.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and I will gladly refund you the money (minus shipping cost and PayPal fees), provided the items are in its original state.
Extra Information
**All of the embroidery designs are personal use only. You may sell items which you make with lovelyelement. Please do not share give away or sell the designs. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product. Resizing or modifying the designs is not recommended. Except if files you received have problems please message me first and we can work with it.
