Shipping Information
Shipping policies:
Your item will ship between 3-5 days after funds are received.
If you need them sooner please let me know and we can work something out.
If multiple items are ordered you will only be charged shipping for one item.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns:
All items, other than custom pieces, are returnable for a refund less 20% restocking fee when returned within ten days of receipt. Items must be in same condition as when shipped.
I do have a lifetime repair policy.
The majority of my items can adjust for length, except for the intricate and complex pieces, please let me know if you need an item sized.
Extra Information
For custom orders-1/2 of total due is payable upon ordering balance due prior to shipping.
