I do own a serger, so all items that require serging ARE serged.
I have a rabbit and a dog, but I keep them as far away from my sewing stuff as I can. They do not play in my fabric! And I do not smoke, so no worries there.
Mean Look is run completely by me: Vanessa. I have a day job, a boyfriend, pets, and a grandmother to take care of, but I will always do my best to make sure my customers are happy. This is what I love to do, and I want to keep doing it.
I am now including delivery confirmation with orders to the United States. Apparently the only way you can get that internationally is to do registered mail, which is like $10 extra. If you want to do this, you need to let me know so I can get the exact costs and revise your invoice accordingly.
This also applies if you want to add insurance! You are not required to add insurance, but it is one way to be safe.
I generally ship First Class if the item is light enough. If not, I usually go Priority because there's a small difference between that and Parcel Post.
I am now printing out labels, so I should be able to ship within 2 days, except for on weekends.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Any issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please be aware that any product flaws will be stated in the item description. Measurements are included in each description [if not, please ask!], so be sure to check them before you make your purchase.
Immediate payment is most definitely appreciated. However, if you are waiting on a revised invoice or just wanted to make sure you could secure the item even if you didn't have the money right away, then of course you are not required to pay right away. Just please let me know if there will be any significant delay.
I accept Paypal, money orders, and checks. Paypal is the quickest way to pay and get your item shipped, but I have no problem accepting snail mail payments. However, checks will need to clear before I can ship your item.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there will be a delay of more than three days. If there is no contact [I will contact you the next day if I haven't heard from you], and payment is not received within three days, I will have to cancel the sale and leave negative feedback.
