The little black cat is sitting in front of a Halloween moon and pretending to be scary as it waits for bats and bugs and ghosts to bat at, but it seems to almost have a little smile on its face, so I think it's really friendly after all.

This little wool ornament is unique and handmade using jumpy spontaneous needle-felting techniques. The orange-tan wool moon is circle-shaped, about 3 inches in diameter, and about a half-inch thick. The shape of the little wool black cat is needled felted onto it. A loop of shiny gold-colored cord is attached to the ornament, so it can decorate a twig or branch or tree or wreath, hang out in a window-corner to watch for trick-or-treaters, dangle from a hook or nail or anywhere else that a little black cat in front of an autumn moon might like to be.

Your little Halloween ornament will be lightly wrapped in aqua tissue paper, tucked in a cubical white gift box, and sent by First Class Mail in a cardboard shipping box.

Needle-felted creatures are delicate and need to be treated carefully. They are not intended for active play, but are fun to love and look at. They should not be handled by infants or very young children, or any other people or animals who might put them in their mouths. A person who is responsible and old enough can hold the figures, of course, if a little child would like to look at them.
