Welcome to my policies section! Communication is important. I will try to make your experience as painless as possible. I know I will not cover all the topics so if you have a question, please ask.

The items in my shop are all based on items I have used. They have either simplified my life or brought a smile to my face. As you can see, I prefer to work with fabric and yarn. Working with these 2 mediums, I feel there is no limit to the fantastic things that can be created.

Shipping Information

I use USPS as my primary shipper. Your package will be mailed within 72 hours of my receiving your cleared payment.

U.S. :

U.S. SHIPPING. Most items will be mailed 1st class mail --- minimum of 2 to 5 business days for delivery. If you prefer Priority Mail, please make your request before making a payment. A new invoice must be created. There is an additional fee for Priority Mail and transactions cannot be completed until correct payment is received.

Once an item leaves my hands, I cannot control the time it takes to ship to you. Please be patient with the post office.

INTERNATIONAL:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Most items can be shipped 1st Class International. If you prefer Priority Mail, please make your request before making a payment. A new invoice must be created. There is an additional fee for Priority Mail and transactions cannot be completed until correct payment is received. Keep in mind any and all customs fees, duties and vat are your responsibility. I am not responsible for customs delays.

Once an item leaves my hands I cannot control the time it takes for you to receive the package. Please be patient with the post office and customs.

Insurance is available at an additional cost and must be requested by the buyer before completing your transaction.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted (unless otherwise stated in a listing) within 5 days on items only in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsiblity. Any and all shipping fees are NOT refundable.

NON INSURED items damaged in transit are not eligible for a refund.

Extra Information

Transactions must be completed within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours, non-paying buyers will be reported and those unpaid items will be relisted.

*Illinois residents....I am required by Illinois state law to collect sales tax on items sold to residents residing in the state of Illinois. The current tax rate in Cook County is 9.00% and is subject to change. The sales tax will be added to your total through Paypal.

Custom orders are always welcome. I do require payment in full before your custom order can be created. All custom orders are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

All items are made in a smoke free home but we are a pet friendly home.
