The international buyers are responsible for all taxes, custom and duties of your country. There are no returns or exchange for international buyers so please be sure of your order before purchase. If there is any question, please let me know.

Shipping Information

Your order will ship within 48 hours after payment received, except the weekend and U.S. holidays.

I will use first class mail. I will notify you when your order is shipped. If you don't receive your order after 7 days, please let me know.

All jewely will be shipped out in padded envelope to protect it from damage during shipping. If you order it for a gift, just let me know so I include a gift box for you with no extra charge.

Custom orders may take up to 7 days before shipping. I'll let you know when they're ready to ship.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

There is no return on custom orders, because I create these specific items just for you. I will be more than happy to work something out because I don't want you to pay for items that you can't use.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days after received it. You will received full refund of purchase price minus the shipping (if there is shipping charge). Please send it back in original package and condition.
