Hello and welcome to the policies I have in place for my shop. The bottom line is that I want you, as my customer, to be 100% happy with your item and return to my shop because of your complete satisfaction. I will do every thing I can to accomplish that. I take great pride in my sewing and want you to be completely satisfied.
I will accept returns within 7 days at the expense of the buyer.
I will take custom orders and after payment is received it will be a 7-10 day before you receive the item.
Shipping Information
All items will be shipped USPS priority, delivery confirmation. Insurance is available at the buyers expense.(it is recommended)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds will be given if item is returned within 7 days and no damage or wear is noted.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance.
Refunds will be thru PayPal.
Extra Information
If you are not satisfied just email me and I will do everything possible to make the transaction pleasant and fair.
On custom orders I will talk to you to get special instructions and measurements before you send your payment.
