Shipping Information

Shipping prices quoted are for all states within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii). Orders with multiple items will receive combined shipping. Packages weighing less than 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail. Packages exceeding 13 ounces in weight will be shipped via Priority Mail. Your package will generally be shipped within 2 days of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays.

Exception for photo prints: Photo prints are shipped directly from the photo center they are printed at and will be shipped according to their schedule and via their choice of shipping method. This is beyond my control.

International shipping:

I don’t usually ship outside of the US, but I do make exceptions from time to time. If you live outside of the US and would like to make a purchase from my studio, please contact me to discuss the details and figure your shipping cost.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You can be sure of getting top-notch customer service when shopping with me, as I am committed to having happy customers who are thrilled with their purchases and are likely to return to my store again and again. However, if the unlikely event occurs that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me right away. I will handle any returns on an individual basis according to the individual circumstances.
