I dislike high shipping too! So here's the deal...if you would like to buy more then one item I do combine shipping. I will put all items in a box and weigh it then send an invoice thru Paypal or Google with correct shipping. Or if you have already paid I'll send a refund if $2.00 or more.
If you would like insurance I can send a new invoice with it included.
Shipping Lead Times: Most orders ship within 2- 3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted.
Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We can not accept returns on Soap, Body, Oils and Herb products. Due to the personal care aspect of our products, we cannot guarantee purity once these items leave our facility. Returned items can not be resold to anyone else, regardless of reason for return. We want all of our customers to be thrilled with our products so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction when your package is delivered.
Payment Options: Currently, we accept Pay-Pal, Pay-Pal ECheck, Google checkout, mailed Money Orders, & Personal Checks. To obtain address for Money Order or personal check payments, please use the checkout, as the payment mailing address will be on the printable invoice. Please include a copy of the invoice with your money order payment.
Missing Items: If your order arrives incomplete please email us immediately. The missing item (s) will be immediately reshipped with our sincerest apologies. Notification must be made within 2 days of receiving order.
Damage Claims: If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately that your parcel was refused due to damages. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order.
