How long does my order take to ship?
If you purchased a digital proof, it is provided within 2 business days of placing an order. The quicker you approve the digital proof the order is printed on that day and shipped the next business day. Orders that do not need a proof will go out within 2 business days. Please make sure that all ship to addresses are the same as the address shown on the PayPal invoices (having two different addresses will delay your order until notepourri confirms the correct address).

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS first class and take 2-7 business days to arrive to their destination.

How are orders shipped?
In the event that you need an item via USPS overnight delivery or USPS priority mail e-mail us after placing your order and we will send an invoice for the difference.

Does notepourri offer refunds?
Refunds are only granted in the event that you received a product that is not as described; this entails receiving a product that is different from the proof you approved.

Does notepourri design custom paper goods?
Yes, we do. If you do not find something that is suitable for your needs please contact us. Custom design fees do apply and will be discussed before your custom piece is created. A downpayment of 50% of your total order is assessed for all custom work.
