Vintage Camera Polaroid Automatic Land 420 1970s Instant Camera
This vintage camera, a Polaroid 420 Automatic Land Camera, is a great looking bellows camera that comes to you with all the trimmings.
The camera was produced from 1971 to 1977. It has a separate rangefinder focus and parallax-corrected viewfinder. It uses 75 (color) and 3000 (b&w) film. The lens is f/8.8, f/42, shooting at 1/1200 to 10 seconds.
The camera includes a nylon strap and comes with a vintage case of pebbled leather with a soft red lining. It has a center slot for the camera with room on the sides. The case has a leather strap and is marked Custom Crafted by Kalimar in Hong Kong, Model KP 100. It's in very good condition.
Also included in this package are the Polaroid focused flash attachment (model 490); three GE Hi-Power flash cubes, with 1 box; a Polaroid cold-clip #193 (for developing pictures in cold weather); and five cardboard print mounts.
The camera appears to be in very good condition, but it has not been film tested. The shutter works, the bellows look great, and all the parts seem to move as intended. The only flaw I could find was a small amount of rust on the hinge that holds the front case onto the camera.
