The goods you see are goods I have designed and am designing still. The items are all hand made by me in Israel. I use premium materials and the material variety is vast; incorporating about 10000 different stones, ribbons metal parts and beads. I do my best to bring to you my color and design. Yet there are always more options. If you need something you do not see; a special color or a special length, a matching earring or necklace, just let me know; we will see if it is possible.

Shipping Information

Parcel will be shipped between 1-7 business days from payment process. Depending naturally if I have the item ready or have to make it.
I ship on Sundays and Wednesdays.
My shipping method is International registered mail service.
It should normally take 7-16 business day to arrive, but please note that it occasionally may take longer because of the 'registration' which is a 'must' for insurance.

If you have a 'large load' ; i.e. many items, or you need the items faster, you may chose to pay an additional cost for EMS expedited shipping services which provide you with a 4-6 business day delivery. The additional cost for the USA is 18$ and 23$ for other international destinations.
EMS listing will be done through a private listing, so you have to convo me specifically for this.

Please be aware that different destination have different procedures for customs clearance; some times tedious and tiring, so 4-6 days with EMS is definitely not a commitment on our part, since we can only be responsible for what is in our hands. We commit to give you this service which is much cheaper than other currier services with a relatively good value for money and a good reputation for reliability.

please be aware that you may be subject to local taxes; we do not know this and how it works in the USA but we had no special notice about this so we assume it is not such a problem.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you do not like the items you purchased, please let us know.
we will try to work this out with you as best possible.

Sale items are not refundable. please understand that the price is lower than the cost of production so we just cannot do this.

All the items are AEN barcoded with a unique barcode enabling you to incorporate the product into your shop at no time at all. we can also send some PR pictures-Convo us.
