Thank you for visitng my shop. While new to Zibbet, I have been selling on Etsy for a spell and have over 300 sales there with 100% positive feedback. This obviously is very encouraging and I absolutely love it when my designs are so well-received!
It can be challenging to get that burst of creative inspiration, which is usually when I will try and get out of my studio and enjoy the outdoors. There are few things that are as awesome as say, the dew on a spider web (I think of bridal bling), the colors of the flowers in my garden (I think of Swarovski crystals) and the soft sounds of nature (the joy of life and creation, inspiring my Faith collection).

Shipping Information

I try to ship within 48 hours of your order, via USPS first class mail. In the event I have to order components to complete your order (as in bridal party requests for multiples) I will notify you promptly and give you an expected date of shipment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I take pride in my craftsmanship and stand by my products. If you find that your purchase is not up to your expectations I will refund your purchase price and provide you with postage-paid return packaging if you notify me WITHIN 3 WEEKS from the date your purchase was mailed to you.
I welcome requests for multiples. I am happy to send a color sample of crystals and pearls that are used in the wedding jewelry so that your color selection is made with the actual stone against your fabric. This free service is offered to circumvent color mis-matches as custom orders for multiple items are NOT refundable.
