Welcome to Pear Tree Jewelry Designs! I hope that you will find a little something special here to brighten the day! Please read over my shop policies to ensure the best shopping experience.

Note on Payment: Paypal payment is due at time of purchase. If payment remains outstanding three(3) days after purchase, then the transaction will be considered cancelled, and item(s) restocked for purchase by others. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping Information

U.S. Domestic and International shipping is available on most items unless otherwise noted in the listing. My goal is to ship within two business days of payment receipt - but whenever possible, your shipment will go out the same day. I will be shipping to your Paypal address, so please be sure this is current before ordering.

Buyer pays shipping as indicated in each listing. I normally ship via First Class and First Class International. If you require expedited delivery, an additional charge will be required to cover Priority Mail. In this event, please contact me before ordering for the current rate.

If, upon placing your order, you are contemplating the purchase of an additional item, I will be glad to hold off on packing up your shipment until the end of the current business day. Just let me know at the time of your order. If multiple items are suitable to being packed together, I will gladly combine them to reduce your cost, and refund any overage via Paypal.

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery through customs, and understand that I have no control over, or responsibility for Customs fees, taxes, seizures or delays. By law, customs forms will be marked as Commercial, and will reflect the actual sale value.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS: 100% Customer Satisfaction is my goal! If you are not completely satisfied with your item, I will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase, plus the amount of your original shipping fee. (Return shipping costs are not reimbursable.) The following conditions apply:

1) Returned item must arrive back in the same condition in which it originally shipped out, with item and packaging intact, unaltered and undamaged.
2) US Domestic returned items must arrive back within 10 days of delivery, based on original USPS Delivery Confirmation date. International returns must be received back within 30 days of shipment postmark date.

Upon the above conditions being met, refunds will be processed promptly via Paypal. Any returned items arriving damaged or in condition other than as originally shipped, or outside of the stated conditions, cannot be refunded.

Extra Information

FEEDBACK: Once the transaction has been completed, I always leave feedback. I consider our transaction complete only after an item has been delivered, because I want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are less than happy with your item, even if you simply change your mind - please allow me the opportunity to offer a remedy, return or exchange before heading to the feedback button.

Also, if I should get sidetracked and your feedback seems to be missing after delivery of your item, please don't hesitate to nudge me!
