OUR MISSION STATEMENT
At PictureIt Creations, LLC, we strive to:

* Provide exceptional customer service so our customers feel comfortable working with us to create that extraordinary gift. Our customer service representatives take great care in handling your photos, your thoughts & feelings, your life. We enjoy taking those important aspects and putting it on an item that makes those moments that much more memorable.


* Offer full customization with our only limitation being the piece itself. We don't put a limit on characters, fonts, cliparts, lines, etc. As long as we can put it on the piece or your choice and it still look exquisite, we're happy to oblige. On the other hand, if you're having trouble putting a piece together, we are also happy to help find the right phrase, poem or clipart.


* Supply only quality items. We do our homework. If we can't provide exceptional quality on one of items, we discontinue it until we can find a reliable vendor. We only offer the best of the best to our customers and their families.


Each of our items are handled by a customer service representative in our office in Southeast Michigan. We take great pride in our work to bring you a stunning piece of art so you, the customer, feel as confident as we do, "they'll love the gift" when you come back next time. And, we hope that you'll feel confident in us enough to tell your friends and family.

PICTUREIT CREATIONS: THEN AND NOW
Although, we have only started in 2006, we have made great strides in customer service and expanding our product line. We started in 2006 with just custom printed jewelry on our listings primarily selling through Ebay. Today, we have more equipment, more experience, more expertise and even more gift items to offer. We have expanded or client base throughout Ebay, Etsy and Twolia. We've joined the facebook world and are reaching even more customers worldwide. We're honored to say, we've provided exemplary customer service and beautiful gift items to everyone from a small town bride in New Jersey to our troops in Iraq.

OUR AFFILIATION WITH ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
As the owner, Taryn L. McCracken donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital personally for years before starting PictureIt Creations, LLC. She thought it was fitting to continue her contributions on a business level. PictureIt Creations, LLC has donated 5% of their profits to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since the start of the company in 2006.

Shipping Information

I ship within the United States using United States Postal Service either First Class Mail, Priority or Express depending on the order. Express is available for an additional fee upon request. Please email me with any deadlines you have on your order prior to purchasing to be certain you'll have it in time.

Please contact me regarding international shipping as I will calculate an appropriate shipping price based on the order.

Most orders are processed within 5 business days. Once the item is processed and shipped, a notification email will be sent. If there are any delays outside of this time frame, I will contact you as soon as I am aware of the delay.

I can ship directly to the recipient upon request of the buyer. If this is necessary, please let me know right away the correct address to ship the item(s) to.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If a personalized item is incorrect, please contact me within 7 days and I will get another one out to you as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged in any way, please contact me within 7 days. A new item will be processed as soon as the original is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of this business and the personalization of each item, I cannot offer refunds.

Extra Information

After a purchase is complete, please email all photos and personalization details (text, fonts, cliparts, logos, etc.) to taryn@pictureitcreations.com. I can prepare a proof of the layout prior to engraving for approval upon request.
