I want to take the time to thank you for shopping at Plum Valley Designs,llc. I am a small home based business that I maintain in my spare time between a husband, 4 kids, 14 chickens and a garden the size of a small football field! I have loved creating jewelry for over 14 years now and I have recently started dabbling in the body products. I feel that you should be able to primp and pamper all at once. Why not smell good and look good at the same time???? For this reason, I have the best of both worlds.
So, I want to thank you for stopping by and be sure to find something you cannot live without!
Shipping Information
I understand that shipping can be a real pain. I will try to find the least expensive shipping costs available, but won't skimp. I will always send your package via USPS unless it absolutely requires UPS. I will let you know if there are any changes with your shipping.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
On all body products, there will be no returns. If you are unsatsified with your product or something is defective, contact me as soon as you find out. I will do what I can to accomodate your needs.
For all other items, I would gladly accept returns as exchanges. If you find something of equal or lesser value, I can ship it out once you have returned the original item. You will pay the postage for the return of the item. If for any reason your item is damaged, please contact me and I will further discuss options to correct the
