Shipping Information

Tutorials are delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you still have not received it, please contact me, some email servers block unknown email addresses, I will make every effort possible to get the PDF to you!

All physical items are shipped First Class or Priority USPS with delivery confirmation. Ready made items will be shipped within 2 business days. Other items will need a few days for completion. I will keep in touch with you to let you know the shipping time.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please contact me and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

Exchanges or refunds (less shipping) will be made once the item has been shipped back to me in unused condition in its original packaging. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.

Instructions or Tutorials are not able to be returned or refunded, please ask any and all questions before purchasing to ensure satisfaction, I will offer unlimited email support once the instructions have been purchased.
