Shipping Information

Patterns are emailed to your email address registered with etsy within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you prefer your pattern to be sent to another address let me know in the notes to seller. Other items will be shipped within 3 days. I will send you a message to your email address to confirm shipping.

I expect payment, or commencement of a Paypal eCheque within 2 days of purchase. If payment isn't received on time I will cancel the order. Obviously things can go wrong and I'm not a meanie so if you have any problems send me a convo.

Other items are carefully packed in reused materials so we can help look after our lovely wee planet. Items over $100 are sent via Registered Post in Australia or EPS internationally.

I will giftwrap and ship to another address if requested. Will even pop in a card if you let me know what to write in it.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless the fault is mine or some bastard postal company.
