PAYMENT: I use xe.com to convert prices from AUD to USD rounded off to the nearest dollar
I prefer Paypal for all transactions.
Australian customers who would like to pay by direct bank transfer can email me & I’ll send BSB details.
Please make payments within 3 days. Orders that have not been paid within 3 days without communication to explain will be automatically cancelled.
SHIPPING:I use standard Australian postage charges - http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/
I never absorb shipping fees into the item price - so be assured that Sale Items marked Free Shipping are genuine
Please ensure your address with Zibbet is up to date,
Wherever possible item/s will be posted the next business day after transaction has cleared. Australia 4-7 business days by parcel post – Overseas 7-14 days by airmail.
I will notify when the parcel has been sent.
Customers who prefer another type of shipping &/or want to include insurance, please email me with details.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees & international customers - please understand that you are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to your respective country
~ when 2 or more items are purchased together the shipping fees will be recalculated accordingly.
Buttons/beads multiple purchases shipping fees:
~ Aussie buyers ~ $1.50 covers purchase up to 125 gms of same order
~ O/seas buyers ~ $2.50 for initial item & 40 cents for each additional item purchased in same order
& If, by chance, I have miscalculated shipping fees, I will refund the difference
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Please note: NO RETURNS/REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR HATS OR HEADWEAR, health & hygiene reasons obliged me to make this non-negotiable. So, please, choose your hats/headwear carefully – be assured, however, that I do my upmost to deliver quality products that you will be proud to own.
It has never happened... but should you be truly unhappy with your purchase, if it doesn’t match the description colour/size/quality, I will gladly refund your unworn/unused/unaltered item/s when notified within 14 days from purchase.
All return shipping/insurance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
I welcome all your comments but if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do contact me before leaving feedback to give me the chance to rectify the problem so we can both be happy with the transaction.
