I love creating and getting to share what I make with you! I hope my creations bring a little happiness into your life! All of my creations come to life in a non-smoking home and must pass the inspection of my 6 finicky felines: Jinx, Bela, Saki, Mio, Ellie and Simon.

Shipping Information

Purchases will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of cleared payment through PayPal. Shipping is made via the United States Postal Service. I make every effort to keep my shipping charges as close to the actual fees as possible and DO NOT inflate my shipping fees. Orders are shipped via First Class Mail and larger items or orders are shipped by Priority Mail.

As it is difficult to calculate shipping charges since they are different prices to different US destinations, I use an average of the rates. I refund all shipping charge overages of $2.00 or more. Refunds are made via Paypal.

Orders are shipped out on Monday thru Friday.

If you purchase from me and you live in the Toledo area, please contact me and we can arrange for delivery, rather pay the shipping costs.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are not available, however, if you are not happy with your item for any reason, please contact me and I will do the best I can to resolve any problems. I love happy, repeat customers! Please allow 48 hours for me to respond to you.

CARING FOR YOUR SCAREDY CAT PRIMITIVES PURCHASE

-Hand-Sewn Fabric Items- A light vacuuming is all that is needed to refresh your item.

-Signs- Signs are sealed with a matte spray and can be displayed outdoors in a sheltered area.

-Candles- To make your candles last, gently wipe off dust with a damp, soft cloth. Candle blemishes can be gently buffed with a soft cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol. To remove candle wax from containers, pop in freezer for about 20 minutes. The wax will loosen right out!

CUSTOM ORDERS

-Custom orders are always welcomed. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom orders. Please convo me if interested or send along a custom request.
