Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases, please contact me so we can resolve any issues that may arise.

Immediate payment is appreciated. I accept payment through PayPal only. Wisconsin residents will be charged sales tax for their county on total purchase. I will need to send a corrected invoice for the sales tax through PayPal. I will need your e-mail address in order to do this. Please wait for this corrected invoice before sending payment.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.

Shipping Information

Will usually ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment. Items are shipped through the USPS with delivery confirmation. All of my items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. Books are usually shipped by media mail, depending on the weight, and all other products are shipped by first class or priority mail.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds are only accepted if item does not match description. Item must be returned within three days after the buyer receives it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be given as money back.
