INSURANCE: Insurance on $100 of your purchase is included in the shipping fee. To add insurance, please contact me before ordering.
SHIPPING W/I USA: I ship "First Class Mail Parcel." BUT if you prefer different shipping, please email me BEFORE ordering so I can adjust the price. Transit time: typically 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL: I use "First Class Mail-International Parcel." USPS postal charges & delivery times vary by country. Please check the Shipping section of your item's write up in my shop. Depending on the destination country, International shipping usually takes one to several weeks... and for certain countries, maybe 2 months. Some countries prohibit the importation of jewelry. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMS: My "shipping fees" cover only MY costs to mail & insure your package from the USA. You are responsible for all Customs fees/taxes. I understand that some countries now examine every package for safety AND the accuracy of its Declared Value to assure you'll pay the expected amount of Customs fees. Delivery to such countries may take 2 months+. Germany, Japan, Italy, & some countries in So. America are examples. Faster shipping is quite expensive. Contact me BEFORE your purchase, & I'll do my best to find the most satisfactory alternative for you.
PACKAGING: I package your jewelry very carefully & so far have had no shipping problems. REQUEST: If the package LOOKS damaged (dented, punched through, etc), please photograph the box damage BEFORE opening! Photograph any damage to your items. Retain all wrapping & paperwork, & contact me immediately. Thank you:)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Items damaged during shipping should be covered by insurance. (Please note "Packaging" above.) Bottom line- I'm proud to stand behind my work. If you're not completely satisfied, please email me immediately to arrange a refund of your purchase price.

PAYMENT DUE DATE FOR ZIBBET PURCHASE: The Magic Number is 3! For routine purchases, payment in full is expected within 3 business days of your purchase. Once my bank has received full payment, then within 3 business days, I will bring your package to USPS & ship insured, as described. NOTE: Some items are made to order. Item Description will state if extra time is needed.
PAYMENT METHOD: For all purchases, I take a charge card payment using PayPal, which will process your secure transaction with or without a PayPal account.
