Shipping Information

PAYMENT :
We only except payments through Paypal. PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay:

When you check out click the pay by Paypal option and you will be forwarded to a secure page
On the left hand side you have the option to pay using your debit or credit card.

Unless otherwise requested, purchases will be shipped to the address you have on file with PayPal, so please make sure it's up to date.

I make trips to the post office on every Tuesday & Friday (Singapore time).


SHIPPING INFORMATION :

Packages will be shipped via Airmail for international orders. There will not be any tracking number and it takes about 6-15 days. I will send you an email to confirm your address when I receive your order and payment.

If the actual postage is less than what you have paid for, I will be happy to refund you the extra through paypal.
Alternatively, I can also arrange for registered mail/speedpost and i will email you regarding the charges and other information.


If you have opted for Registered Air Mail or Speedpost, you will be contacted with a tracking number after package is send out at our end. You will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided.

For local orders, I am pleased to provide shipping at a minimal fee or arrange for you to pick up your orders =D. You will also be pleased to note that you will receive your orders much faster.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

‘If your item is delayed in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to find its location and how much longer it will be.

do not offer refunds and exchanges. Please consider carefully before purchasing. I will strongly advise you to opt for registered mail as you may track them using the tracking no.

Extra Information

However, if you are truely unhappy with the items, do email me and we can discuss the posssibilities. (Of course, this hopefully never happens!)
