Welcome to Shazzabeth Creations.

I design and handcraft all of my jewellery trying to ensure maximum quality at all times. I ensure that my descriptions of the jewellery and the materials used are accurate.

Shipping Information

All goods will be shipped in no later than three working days from receipt of payment, and in most cases on the next working day.

Items are all shipped via Australia post and are not insured. If you would prefer to pay extra shipping to have your item insured then please feel free to convo me for details.

Any taxes or duties are the responsibilty of the purchaser.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All care is taken to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If however, your item is damaged in transit please contact me immediately and return the package within three working days for a refund.

Extra Information

The majority of my chainmaille necklaces and bracelets can be adjusted in size. If you would prefer a different length to that given please advise on purchase.

I am always happy to discuss any custom order requirements that you may have and will glady design and create a piece of jewellery especially for you. Please feel free to convo me with your requirements.
