Shipping Information

I use USPS first class, priority, and flat rate shipping.

I will combine your products and will ship using the most economical way. Please contact me if you want a special listing with shipping adjusted. If you purchase single listings, I will refund overcharges of $1 or more.

**NOTE**
Items 13oz and less are shipped First Class. There are no shipping refunds when you purchase one item. There "may be" a refund when you purchase multiple listings. Items that ship other than First Class may have a refund as well.

Insurance covers damaged products or lost products "while in transit". Please take into consideration boxes that have been delivered and are sitting on your doorstep unattended. They are NOT covered by insurance.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I cannot take back 1oz fragrance oils or bath and body products. I will take back everything else in new condition with the shipping expenses both ways being the buyers responsibility.

If a product is defective or was misrepresented in my Zibbet store, convo me and I will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item.

Extra Information

I accept PayPal at the time of purchase. WI residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.

DISCLAIMER: Soy-N-Suds will not be held responsible for allergic reactions or conditions due to using our products. If you have known allergies, check product label before using. For people with sensitive skin, test products on a small area to see if you have a reaction. Please convo with your questions before purchasing if you're in doubt about ingredients.

Soy wax has a low melt point and can melt when the weather is hot or if they are left in a vehicle during hot weather. I have never had a problem in the years of sending products but want you to be aware of this if you're ordering in the summertime. Insurance will not cover candles because of melting.
