Bohemian metal brass vintage bracelet from Spanky Luvs Vintage.
I love old bracelets like these...they show their age but that is what makes them so unique and fun to wear :)
This one has a 2 1/4" diameter opening and I have always worn it "clipped closed" but I think you could actually wear this without closing it and it would fit a bigger wrist.
