I've been making jewelry & creating since I can remember. Art & craft supplies were always available, in abundance, in our house.

Shipping Information

I ship at least 2x per week, generally a few days apart. However, shipping days vary each week. One week may be Tuesday and Friday, the next may be Monday and Thursday.

I generally ship via USPS first class mail. International shipments are sent the same way.

I love bubblewrap & tape. Your item will be carefully packaged to avoid any damage. I also use poly mailers to prevent any water damage.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you have a problem, let me know! I'm super-easy to deal with and very laid back.

If your item goes astray, I'm glad to help you find it. However, this does require your cooperation, as well. It's very rare, but does happen, as no shipping service is perfect.

If your item arrives damaged (or gets damaged) let me know! I'll do what I can to help out.
