Welcome to my store! I have been designing and making fashion jewelry, zipper pulls, purse charms, wine glass charms and other fun stuff since August of 2006 and items have been purchased by customers from many countries around the world on this and other sites as well as locally. I only choose quality components to make my items. All my earrings are made with either Silver Plated hooks or 14K Gold Plated Hooks and both plates are over surgical steel. As with any designer I often have a surplus of materials and thus this shop was born. My background in retail will provide you with an old school approach to customer service which is very important to me. Thanks for looking!

Shipping Information

I ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays...and blizzard days.

Notes about S&H

I use Oversize Letter-post Airmail through Canada Post. This method is charged by weight and does not provide a tracking number. Each item has a specified weight listed in the description so with the following chart you will be able to calculate approximately how much S&H you will be charged. Once an order has been paid for I will weigh it and then refund the overpayment ASAP.

I have a postal scale so if you would prefer to know before hand how much S&H will be on multiple item orders please copy item URLs into an e-mail and I will give you an exact amount.

$3.40 up to 200 grams
$4.20 up to 300 grams
$4.70 up to 400 grams

$3.50 up to 100 grams
$5.00 up to 200 grams
$8.80 up to 500 grams

International S&H Rates
$5.50 up to 100 grams
$8.75 up to 200 grams
$16.35 up to 500 grams

Within Canada 3 to 6 business days
US destinations 9 to 16 business days
International 9 to *21 business days
*It may take up to 8 weeks depending on destination, anywhere in South and Central America and Asia as an example.

*Please note that due to the recent postal strike and lock-out in Canada delivery of orders may take longer than normal during the back to work adjustment period.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

*As I have no control over what happens to packages once they enter the postal system I will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail. It is very rare for items to be truly lost in the mail. In the last 7 years of selling on-line I have only had one lost order and that was because the wrong address was provided by the customer. This order was to a South American destination.

*All items are enclosed in a card pouch and shipped in a tamper-proof bubble envelope. If your item is damaged but the packaging is in tact please take a digital photo of the packaging and item and then e-mail them to me for assessment at wanittar@shaw.ca
