'm glad you've looked through my shop enough to get here - I am proud of everything I make and hope you will love it too. If you aren't happy with something you have bought please talk to me before leaving a negative report. I want my customers to be content.
Currently, I am using Canada Post for all my shipping. You are responsible for any additional charges from US or international customs. I use standard shipping unless otherwise requested. I do not list items as gifts.
I don't recommend the use of other major couriers as their charges for clearing items are prohibitive - it can be very surprising! I do use insurance at this time.
All my items come gift wrapped, with recycled packaging. This is decorative, but is constructed out of materials round my house. (ie. handmade origami boxes) The wrapping also helps to protect the item in shipping!
Typically, shipping to the US is between 5-10 days from here.
If you require insurance or a registered package, let me know as this will require additional shipping charges.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I do give refunds and exchanges - let me know why you aren't happy and I'll do my best to fix it. I charge a 10% restocking fee for earrings because I have to change the earwires to relist the set. ( For sanitary reasons...)
I will only accept returns within 15 days of your receiving it - regretfully, you will have to pay return postage.
If your item arrives damaged, I will replace it. Please send me a picture of the way it arrived (ie damage to box, and any other relevant information) - sometimes, the item itself can be repaired.
If your item is lost in transit, I will send the replacement 1 month after the original shipping date.
