Welcome to the Supply Closet! I've enjoyed crafting all of my life... the Supply Closet is a way for me to share some terrific finds with other crafters.

Shipping Information

I ship by US Postal Service, generally in a large envelope or small box depending on the order, standard rate. I am able to ship priority mail by request.

I ship using the machines in post office lobbies during the week, these do not allow me to ship internationally. As such international orders are shipped on Saturdays because that is when I can get to the post office during business hours.

If you have special requirements for shipping, please contact me and I will work with you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. In the event of loss or damaged goods, I will work with you on a case by case basis to find an equitable solution. Depending on the situation this may include a refund or replacement, etc.

Extra Information

I often have additional products that have not yet been listed, or extras of items that are listed. If you are interested in more or something different than what is shown, please don't hesitate to ask.
