Our tutus are crafted of 100% Nylon made in the USA, not imported craft nylon. 100% Nylon is inherently Fire Retardant and it is our understanding that it is in compliance with the new CPSIA rules. We no longer use crystals or other imported decorations, just ribbons. elastic and tulle. We think they still look great!
