Payment

* All prices are in AUD
* International buyers PAYPAL only please
* Aussie buyers can pay with PAYPAL , Direct Deposit or Cash On Pickup if it's too big to be mailed!
* Please pay within 2 days of purchase if the item is a single piece
* For stationary orders, I require a 50% deposit when the order is placed and the balance before the order is shipped

Shipping Information

Shipping

* We usually ship the day after payment is received for single items which are already made
* Single items which need to be custom made allow 3 days for shipping
* Large orders of stationary should be ordered 3 weeks in advance of the date they are needed to allow for making and shipping
* Please be aware that items ship from Australia and will therefore take 10-14 days to arrive on the other side of the world

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Full refund given within 5 days if goods arrive damaged. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We take all care to make sure that custom orders are exactly to the customers specifications therefore there will be No refunds for change of mind.
