i'm a mommy living in the middle of the woods with a few neighbors, dog, cat, rocker husband, and piles of old, discarded appliances buried beneath the leaves in my backyard. gardening soothes me, salt heavy breezes elevate me, and my son elijah inspires me. i have a bfa in photography from watkins college of art & design in nashville, tn; i've dappled in graphic design; and i almost walked away with a degree in social work. i come from a long line of quilters and seamstresses, painters and drawers, gardeners, woodworkers and bakers. my work in some form or fashion draws from all such things into a diverse, quirky little style all my own.
