Hello and welcome to The Gilded Goddess. Our goal is to provide women with one-of-a-kind jewelry which represents the personality of the wearer. Here you will find jewelry composed of combinations of sterling & fine silver or exotic metals, semi-precious stones and mixed media pieces made with natural materials.

Shipping Information

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $150 and above (excludes USPS Express Mail delivery). Orders are shipped by USPS Priority for a flat rate fee of $5 for small boxes and $10 for medium boxes unless Express Service is requested. Please allow up to 10 days delivery.

All items are insured and in some areas may require signature confirmation.

Items will be shipped within 3 - 5 days after payment is processed. If there is a delay in shipping, notification will be sent via email.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All items purchased are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition.

Payment for returns will be processed in the same manner in which payment was received.

Commissioned items are not refunded after final product is approved.

Extra Information

Jewelry items are guaranteed for 6 months on normal wear. If for some reason your jewelry breaks (under normal wear and tear) within this period, please return all original pieces and it will be repaired free of charge.

Jewelry purchased from The Gilded Goddess can be returned for repair for a nominal fee after the 6 month guarantee period. Please call or email me prior to sending the item.

If you have an item that was purchased outside of The Guilded Goddess and would like it repaired, please feel free to contact me to discuss the item and possible repair options.
