***For a very limited time I am offering Pre-orders on some items from Winter CHA 2013! If you are interested in an item not listed please contact me. Shipping charges on pre-order items may be slightly more or even less than stated. I will notify you if I find any changes that are needed. **Please see my shop policies for more information.
It is my desire and constant goal to bring to you items that are as special and younique as the memories you wish to scrap and keep for generations to see.
I ship all packages through the USPS Mail. If you would like to add insurance to your package there will be a small additional charge. Please make it known to me through a message "before" you make your purchase. I do reserve the right to charge additional shipping on items if needed or to refund any portion for over payment.
***I am now shipping worldwide!*** However, there will be additional shipping charges added, if needed, to other Countries outside of the U.S. & for my US customers I will be happy to adjust shipping charges on multiple purchases unless otherwise stated. *CANADIAN CUSTOMERS- I will most likely have to refund a portion of your shipping charges to you. I am in the process of trying to correctly define shipping for Canada. Please be patient with me. I will be fair and refund any money over what I have charged you.
Some of my kits are quite heavy and may need a cost adjustment when shipping them with other heavy items. For this reason only I reserve the right to adjust shipping charges to benefit my customers or myself as necessary. I will notify you in advance of any such adjustments. Should you not agree with any shipping adjustments, you will receive a full refund of your money immediately upon my receiving your decision.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I package ALL items safely and securely.
I will accept no returns on sold merchandise. If there is loss or damage done to your package in transit to you it will not be replaced by me. However, your packages will be covered for all mishaps if you have purchased insurance for an additional fee by the USPS.
I have two types of pre-orders.
Type 1 where the product is available at the company and I have to order it into my shop. I usually can get these items within a week.
Type 2 is when the product is brand new on the market and is not readily in stock at the wholesale supplier.
If you have ever dealt with the Type 2 pre-ordering before, then you know how frustrating the wait can be both for you and for me as the merchant. Pre-orders are like taking your place in line. The sooner you get in line, by making your purchase, the sooner your order will be filled. Orders are filled according to the quantities that the company receives on a per shipment basis. So, basically, it is on a first come first served basis. This all said, the pre-order items in my shop are handled in just such a way. So I may not have an exact delivery date for you when you place your order. As the orders are placed for the items that puts me in line to receive them as they come available through the company. It could be a week it could be a month, but I guarantee to keep you up to date on the progress of your order.
