Welcome to Thistlecraft Designs!
I work very hard on my creations and strive to provide the best customer service possible. I also love doing custom orders, so if there is something in my shop that you like but want it customized for you, or if you have a new design request, please let me know. The time needed to create custom orders varies, and we can discuss those issues when you contact me.

Items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of CLEARED payment. If paying by E-check, please allow 10 days for payment to clear.
I ship most items by either UPS, USPS Priority, or USPS First Class -- please check each item description for the method used for that item.
Customers may request to have items shipped faster or via a service other than what is indicated in the item description, but the additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Insurance may also be added to any purchase, at customer's expense. Just let me know your preferences in the Notes to Seller during checkout, and I'll send you an invoice for any additional charges.
Delivery of Confirmation is included on all packages as allowed by the current USPS standards. Tracking numbers are provided to customers upon shipment via PayPal notifications.
All glass items will be shipped with appropriate insurance.
For items that do not already have International Shipping information listed for them, I will consider International Shipping on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me for a shipping quote if you are interested.
International Customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Also, if you live in a country where USPS shipping regulations prevent me from sending this item to you, then I will cancel the sale and refund all monies paid.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you have any questions or concerns about an item before you purchase it, please contact me. It will be much easier to answer your questions first, than it will be to try to work out an exchange, refund, or replacement later on.
When you receive your purchase, if the item is not as it was described, is damaged in any way, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact me immediately. I will make every effort to correct any problems so that you end up happy with your purchase. This could mean a replacement (in case of damage), an exchange for another item in my shop, or a refund of purchase price (minus the original shipping fee).
In the case of damage, please contact me immediately upon receipt of your item. To receive a replacement or refund of your full purchase price (minus the original shipping fee), I must be notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item and arrangements will be made at that time for pictures of the damaged item and its packing materials to be sent to me. I must receive these pictures before a replacement or refund will be provided. Refunds are only provided via PayPal.
For other concerns, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item. At that time, we can discuss whether an exchange for another item in my shop or a refund of your full purchase price will be most appropriate. In either case, the original item must be sent back to me packaged in the same manner in which it was originally shipped and with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance (for glass items only), at buyer's expense. No exchanges or refunds will be provided until I have received the original item.

GIFT ORDERS/SECRET PAL PURCHASES:
Please let me know if you purchase an item as a gift. I can gift wrap it for you, include a hand-crafted gift card with your personalized message, and even send the item directly to the recipient, all at no extra charge to you.
If you do choose to have an item sent to someone other than yourself, please enter their address at the time of purchase (not yours). I will send a receipt to you, as well as the Tracking number for the package. Any questions, please feel free to contact me.
My items are created in a smoke-free environment, but I am owned by a cat.
