Welcome to the Tiflo Gifts Supply Shop Policies. What You See is What You Get. This means the item or items that are pictured is what you are purchasing. I do not use sub photos for what I am selling. I use actual photos of the items I am selling. Feel confidant that what you see is what you purchase.
Shipping Information
All orders ship within 24 hours after cleared payment has been received. We supply tracking information on orders over $25.00, At this time we ONLY ship to the US. Your package should be expected 2-3 business days after shipment. All packages are securely wrapped in bubble-wrap for safety handling while in transit.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
For any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me for a refund.
The item must be returned, in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt of item. I am unable to refund return shipping costs.
