I take great care to handcraft a beautiful accessory that will withstand the most vigorous of play. My bows and accessories are made to be worn-even on the playground!

All of my bows are made using a combination of hand stitches and glue. Ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Korker ribbons are treated during the prepping process to preserve their curls. Finished bows are also treated to preserve their shape. All of my flowers are relayered by hand and sewn for durability.

Please be assured that ALL accessories are made using safe, non-toxic, lead free materials. I only make and sell things that I would put on my own children!

Shipping Information

I ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday, first class, via the US Post Office. If the package is over 13 ounces, then I will ship priority.

I will ship to anywhere in the US, as well as Canada, the UK, and Australia. As I get more experience shipping internationally, I may add more destinations. If you are outside of those places, feel free to convo me. I'll see what I can do.

My korker bows are packed carefully in a box to preserve their shape. My packages may not be pretty to look at, as I try to recycle old packaging! This keeps our shipping costs down, and is better for the environment.

International Buyers – Please Note:

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

*These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

* Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

* These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

*I will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds:

I take great care to make a quality bow! However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receipt of item, and the item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item. I will refund complete purchase price, less shipping, upon receipt of item. Due to the hygenic nature of hair items, please do not wear bows that you intend to return!

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your package is lost, or item is damaged during shipping, contact me right away! Upon return receipt of damaged item, I will gladly send a replacement as well as a refund for return shipping. Please be aware that as some of my items are one of a kind, an exact duplicate may not be possible. I will do my best to replicate your purchase.

Please note that I require a valid Tax ID, and my items may NOT be sold on any online venue, including, but not limited to, Etsy, or Ebay. If you feel that my products compliment the items sold through your online boutique, you may email to discuss this further.

**Initial orders must be atleast $125, not including taxes, and will receive a 25% discount. Re-orders can be as low as $75, and will be discounted by 35%

**All wholesale orders ship for free, and in most cases will ship within 2-3 weeks of order.

**Orders must be paid for, in full, before any work commences.

**Unless grossly misrepresented, there are no refunds on wholesale orders. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of order receipt.

**Once approved as a wholesale vendor, you can make an order request thru convo, and I will set up a custom listing for you.
