Welcome to Ume Origami! I have been fiddling with origami and jewelry-making since I was in elementary school. I am so excited to share my work with you all, and please take your time browsing the store!
Shipping Information
I will always do my best to get your order out 3-5 days after purchase. I always ship USPS First Class unless buyer specifies another preferred method. All of our items are packed with care to ensure your item arrives safely! Pendants and Earrings will arrive in an organza or velvet bag. All items are wrapped in brown craft paper with raffia, and placed in a bubble mailer between two sheets of cardboard for protection.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I will offer a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, to any dissatisfied customers. Refund will be given upon receiving the item back in my hands. I really stand behind my product! If you feel a refund is necessary, please contact me first so we can try to work out a solution!
Extra Information
Custom orders are subject to my time availability. As a student this often fluctuates, but I will discuss and agree upon a time-frame prior to the start of any custom project. My Craft Corner members are eligible for a 10% discount on any item if they contact me ahead of time for a reserved listing.
