Shipping Information
Shipping is by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you wish insurance, please let me know and I can add that to the invoice. You should receive a notice via paypal when your item(s) are shipped.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you have a problem with any product you purchase from me, or any questions, PLEASE contact me directly at underthenewmoon@gmail.com so I can rectify the situation. Consumable goods are not able to be returned (oils, herbs, teas, 'useable' products such as bath & body, etc.) - however, if an item arrives to you in defective condition (leakage, etc.), I will do whatever I can to make you happy. Our customers are our main priority and we thank you for visting us!
