PAYMENT :
I accept payment via PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD via Paypal.
Please complete the payment in the same day when you purchase the item. After completion of payment items will be send to you. Incase you need more time for payment or have an error during the process, please let me know. Order will be CANCELED if within 6 days There's no confirmation or payment from buyers.

Shipping Information

DIGITAL items ( clip art, etc )

You will receive clear good quality image without a watermark appear on it.

File/download page will be send in 24-48 hours to your ZIBBET/Paypal email address or other requested email. Mostly file will be send within 12 hours or sooner from Monday to Friday and 24 hours on the weekend. Let me know if you did not received it or you need to received it ASAP.

PLEASE DON"T FORGET to leave a a message on Zibbet or PAYPAL note to seller about your email address or if you have any request I need to notice before sending the files.

****ZIP file
Files/items will be send contained in a ZIP file. This makes it possible to include all the different file types in one download and also takes much less time for you when downloading. Once downloaded it have to be UNzipped (or uncompressed/extracted) in order to use them. If somehow your computer unable to open the zip file and would prefer me to send the image per-file, just let me know. But please note that it will take more times for you to download.


PRINTS

Items will be shipped to everywhere else/ worldwide within 1-3 days after completion of payment via REGULAR airmail from Indonesia to your 'address stated on etsy' not paypal. Normal delivery time is 1 - 2,5 weeks, but please note : delivery time ranges from 1-8 weeks. If within 8 weeks the item hasn't arrive yet, please contact me ASAP.

Any request for register, faster or insurance shipping, please contact me. I combine shipping for multiple items.

Excess shipping cost will be refunded via paypal or if like to make sure the detail shipping cost to your country, please do not hesitate to drop a message.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

DIGITAL FILE ITEM CAN'T be REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
But If you have any problem or unsatisfied with my graphic's quality somehow, please let me know.

PRINTS
If you having a problem with your purchase, please contact me immidiately. I'll give a full refund for any damage or lost item during the shipping =)

Our clip art designs are available for PERSONAL or COMMERCIAL USE. As a buyer you are granted permission to copy and print the design to be used in your art, craft or design projects and you also allowed to sell the creation you have made ( Made, printed & produced by you or your company ).

This design is NON-transferable, only you or your company who have the permission to use it. Original file MAY NOT be re-sell, share, copy or giveaway.

+ You MAY use it for all personal projects or needs.
+ You MAY use it for any printed projects ( e.g: pin, stationary, hat, t-shirt, sticker,invitation, etc ).
+ You MAY use it as part of your own / your company logo design ( and can be used on all business correspondence - print and web ).

-You MAY NOT put the image on the websites that can make it easily for others to download/ steal it . Image at least must at 72 dpi ( small resolution ) not at 300 dpi ( High resolution )
-You MAY NOT Sell it as part of a layered file in your final digital design project. For example: You May sell digital designs such as Invitation, photocard, digital embroidery, printables in Flatten / converted files such as JPG, PNG, GIF, or similar files.
- You MAY NOT claim this design/images/graphics as yours and use it in any project that may prohibited by law.
