My patterns and digital art are all original designs and are copyrighted. You may sell as many finished handmade products from my patterns as you wish, for pleasure or profit. I just ask that you give credit back to WARMHEART as the original designer. My patterns and art, e-patterns and digital art, or any part of them are NOT to be reproduced, copied, shared, or redistributed for any reason.

Shipping Information
Following payment, your pattern or artwork will be delivered to you by email as a .pdf or .jpeg file attachment. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open, save or print the .pdf pattern files. Chances are Acrobat Reader is already installed on your computer. If not, or if you need to update your Adobe, simply visit www.adobe.com to download it free!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
As these are e-patterns and digital artworks - delivered to you digitally, there are no refunds on your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me though so that we can resolve any issues - I want you to have a happy shopping experience.

My background in teaching has helped me produce professional patterns that are all original designs. You will receive complete easy to follow instructions, a colour photo, full-sized pattern sheets and a comprehensive requirements list to ensure your success.
