Shipping Information

All items ship by first-class mail with delivery confirmation when your payment clears.

Domestic shipping, including Canada and Mexico, is $3.00. If you'd like anything other than first-class mail (including insurance), please contact me before purchasing and I'd be happy to help you!

International shipping is $7.00 via first-class international but does not cover any type of insurance. Therefore I cannot cover theft or loss due to mailing.

Items are shipped in a padded envelope or box, fully protected.

Please make sure that your mailing and e-mail addresses are current and the same in both Zibbet and PayPal. If they are not, I will ship to the address listed with PayPal.

Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, whether you would like the item complimentary gift wrapped and the address to send the invoice.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I really want you to love the jewelry you buy from me, so you have up to 5 days from when you received the item to return them for an exchange or refund MINUS shipping costs.

In order to receive the refund, the items must be unworn and the tag must still be on them. Items must be mailed back in the same packaging you received them in.

Some of the pieces of jewelry are quite delicate, so please be mindful when you where them and store them carefully when not in use. I take great care to make sure all the jewelry I make will withstand normal wear and tear. Please let me know immediately if the item does turn out to be defective. Repairs are free within 6 months of purchase.

Extra Information

Some of the semi-precious stones may have imperfections due to cutting or drilling and this only adds to the character of the piece. All creations are made using quality materials. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
