â¥Payment: I request payment, via PayPal, within three days of purchase.
If you need more than three days please contact me to let me know.
â¥Since most of my items are smaller in size, I do the majority of my shipping through USPS. Even the First Class packages in the U.S. include delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be automatically sent from PayPal, as soon as the shipping label has been printed.
â¥Please let me know if you haven't received a tracking number and it has been more than one week since you paid for your purchase.
I do only ship once a week, so you should receive a tracking number within a week of your purchase, if you live it the US.
Most of my First Class packages do arrive within a week from the shipping date.
â¥Since I am unable to 'track' international packages, the best I will be able to do for those, is to provide the number from the customs formâ and these packages take about a week or two longer, depending on location, to arrive.
âPlease note, that international buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may applyâ.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
â¥If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and be sure to save all packaging. I do insure all pieces that cannot be easily replaced and I will file an insurance claim on anything lost or damaged, so that the cost of your item can be refunded.
â¥I do not insure prints or any items that can be quickly and easily replaced, in order to save the extra costs of shipping.
For these items, just let me know and I will immediately send out a replacement.
