Hi and Welcome to my shop. I started this shop because I just love crafts, and have been working on these items for all of my summer break.
Right now I am having a break from my hobbies as I am very busy with my studies, but I check my email frequently, so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting me.

Shipping details

*** SHIPPING ***

I aim to ship within 48 hours of purchase and always use royal mail services.

If ordering from outside the UK the delivery time may be longer than usual. Please note that I cannot specify how long it will take.

In the past when I have sent items abroad it has normally taken approximately 10 to 15 days to arrive, sometimes less, but this is NOT DEFINITE, so if you require more information on delivery time to your location, please visit Royal Mail's website for more information.

I always wrap item to ensure best protection and avoid damage. However if your item arrived damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. Please note that in order to make a claim with the royal mail I will need proof of the damage, so please keep the items until the claim has been finalised.

Please be aware that, making a claim with the royal mail is a lengthy process so please be patience if you find yourself in this situation.

*** PAYMENT ***

I ask everyone to please complete your payment within 48 hours of purchase.
If payment is not completed within this time, I will cancel the order and re list the items.

*** LOST ***

I always obtain proof of postage, so if your mail is lost, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I will have to make a claim with royal mail, this process can be lengthy, but please be patient.


I know how frustrating it can be sometimes when shopping online from someone you barely know, and end up having problems with your order. I have been in that place many times. However I can assure you that I will do everything I can to resolve any problems. Just please note I do everything by the book, and will require proof, information, and whatever else I am asked in order to make claims so I might need to ask you for some of that information where applicable, so your cooperation will be crucial. This process sometimes can be lengthy, just please be patient.
