Your Design, Your Color, Your Way!

Hello! I'm Terri and it all started many years ago when I spent a summer with my grandparents as a teenager. To keep me busy while my grandma worked during the day, she taught me how to crochet granny squares to make an afghan. It was then I developed a love for yarn and varying colors. I just loved the feel of the yarn and experimenting with different colors together. (I still do!)
After being a bit busy from having four kids in five years, there was a long pause in crocheting. When they were teens I started back at it and found that I love the challenge of making something new. I'm always looking at patterns, trying to figure out how I can make them just a little different.
God uses my family to encourage me. Our daughter helped me to start selling online in April 2011 as well as she has taken some of the photo's for my items. My husband loved my crocheted soap dish idea which I had made for us and said I should sell these online, they have been a very popular item! Our oldest son has modeled beanies for me on numerous occasions and our youngest son was the design creator of the beanie he proudly wore at school and sold to his friends.
Our middle son often has ideas for gifts for his friends and has a great eye for color and like his mother, doesn't mind shopping for yarn!
"Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4) has always been one of my favorite scriptures and being able to offer my items online is a desire of my heart come to life. My prayer is that my items will bring joy and bless you, as they are joyfully and prayerfully made.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little bit, and now with coffee in hand, off I go to crochet!
