Our shop policies


I've loved jewelry since I was very little, and I've always had a desire to create things. I made all of the jewelry for my wedding, and since then I've been unstoppable. I'm a member of two St. Louis-based craft organizations: ShowMe Etsy and the St. Louis Craft Mafia. I've started selling my creations at local farmers' markets and craft fairs.

I work as a microbiologist by day. Making jewelry and interacting with other people in the handmade/art community is a great way for me to unwind and embrace my creative side.

Shipping details

Shipping rates are included in item listings. I have designed my shipping rates so that you should have a flat shipping rate regardless of the number of items you purchase.

I will ship your jewelry to the address entered at checkout. If you have any further directions on where to ship the item(s), please contact me and let me know. If you are buying a gift for a someone and want him or her to know it's from you, please let me know. I cannot be held responsible for lost orders if your address is entered incorrectly and I am not contacted with further instructions.

I usually ship items within 1 or 2 business days. However, I currently work full time on weekdays (when the post office is open). Occasionally I will not be able to ship as quickly, and will contact you if this is the case. The US Post office usually delivers within 2-5 days, although some delays may occur. I purchase delivery confirmation on all domestic orders, so you will be able to track your item(s). International shipping times vary, and may take up to a month. Customs fees may be charged, and the buyer is responsible. It is ILLEGAL for me to misrepresent the nature or value of goods on customs forms in order to avoid charges.

Complex jewelry items will be attached to card stock to ensure that it does not tangle. Simpler items like rings, earrings, bracelets, or pendants will be placed in a gift box. All items will be shipped in a bubble mailer.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Customer service is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within one week of receiving your jewelry. I will refund or exchange your order once I have received it in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If jewelry is broken or damaged within a month of receipt, I will replace it. I will pay for return shipping of the original piece if I can salvage any components.

I purchase delivery confirmation on all orders. The buyer should be able to track a purchase as it ships. If you believe your item has been lost in the mail, please contact me. I cannot be held responsible for orders that are held up because an address was entered incorrectly.

Additional information

My jewelry is not intended for young children. Many of my items have small parts that could be choking hazards. Wire can also be broken if it is bent back and forth too much. The broken ends of the wire can be sharp, and could scratch or poke the skin.
