Our shop policies

I have always believed in working hard and doing good work, and I carry that philosophy with me into my creative business. Happily Ever Always is dedicated to producing quality pieces of art.
Each charm is lovingly crafted to last. These little treasures are perfect to use as pendants, earrings, pins, cell-phone charms, book marks and so much more!

For questions about my jewelry, shipping policies, and custom orders, please read on! Feel free to ask me any questions you may have remaining.

Shipping details

All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Orders OVER $6.00 come with a tracking number for your convenience.

CUBE CHARMS come packaged in small box for gift-giving, which is shipped inside a bubble envelope along with a business card and thank-you note to show how much your business means to me.

POLYMER CLAY CHARMS will come wrapped in tissue unless stated otherwise (some multi-piece sets come to you in a little pastry box). A business card with thank-you note will also arrive with your order.

Please note that orders consisting of multiple charms will be packaged together in a larger box unless otherwise specified.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Please be assured I do everything in my power to ensure your package arrives safely, and I cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. However, I ask you to take comfort in the fact that I have never had a package lost in transit.

Damaged Goods:

Though it has never happened to a product I have shipped, should your item arrive damaged, simply ship it back to me within seven days of recieving it, and I will be happy to fix it free of charge (if I am able, depending on the extent of the damage), exchange it for a different charm at no additional cost, or refund your purchase.

Additional information

Polymer clay charms can generally be shipped within 48 hours of reciept of payment. You will be notified if there are any delays to this timeframe, and when you can expect your item to ship.

All my charms are made to order, so please allow up to a week for production. I will notify you when your order is completed and ships, and will give you the tracking number of your item, so you can monitor its journey through the postal system.

Jewelry Care:

While all my charms are sealed and glossed to be scratch and water resistant, they are not scratch and waterproof. Excessive rough handling, swimming or showering while wearing the jewelry is likely to result in an unfortunate end to the charm. To clean item, simply buff it gently with a clean cotton cloth.

Shipping Costs:

I have had it remarked to me that shipping costs are on the high-ish side. To this I must reply that you get what you pay for. The reason my shipping costs are on par with professional sites is because I do everything in my power to ship professionally. Instead of merely throwing your charm into an envelope and sending it on its way, I take great care in packaging and shipping with a reliable service, providing you with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your item as it travels across the miles to meet you.

Large orders:

I am happy to accomodate large orders, and can assure you that large orders are given the same attention and care as single orders. All I ask is that you notify me in advance of placing your order, informing me of the number you wish to purchase. This helps me in many ways, as it allows me to make sure I have enough materials in stock to accomodate your request, to budget my time so that your order is given the attention it deserves, and allows me to offer you a discount for ordering multiples.
Please understand that large orders may take over a week to complete. I will be happy to give you a timeframe estimate based on the size of your order.

Rush Orders:

Should you need your item quickly, I will be happy to accomodate with rush shipping for an additional fee.
Unfortunately, due to the production process I still require up to a week to make charms (unless, by a stroke of luck, I have an unsold display charm just sitting around waiting for a home, but I wouldn't bank on that).

I'm a fan of the barter system, and am willing to consider trades. If you see something you like and would like to do a swap, let me know and I will consider it. Please don't be offended if I am unable to trade with you - it doesn't mean I don't like what you have to offer. Sometimes there are other forces at play.
